Complimentary Shipping
At Mon Dieu Fine Jewelry, we are pleased to offer complimentary insured shipping on all qualifying orders.
Every shipment is fully insured and carefully packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully. For your security, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Each piece is either Ready to Ship or Made-to-Order. The estimated shipping timeframe is displayed on each product page and will also be included in your order confirmation.
Ready-to-Ship Collection
Our Ready-to-Ship collection features select pieces that are available for immediate dispatch.
- Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days after payment verification.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
- Complimentary insured shipping is included on all eligible orders.
- Expedited shipping options may be available upon request, subject to destination and carrier availability.
Made-to-Order Jewelry
Many of our fine jewelry pieces are individually handcrafted specifically for you.
- Production typically requires 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and craftsmanship involved.
- An estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page, during checkout, and in your order confirmation.
- Every piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets Mon Dieu’s exacting standards.
- Once completed, your order will be shipped via our insured delivery service at no additional cost.
Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the handcrafted production time.
Shipping Policies
To protect every purchase, the following policies apply:
- An adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
- We ship only to verified residential or business addresses.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed for security reasons.
- After your order has shipped, we cannot redirect packages to an alternate address.
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple carrier attempts, the package will be returned to Mon Dieu Fine Jewelry. Our Client Care team will contact you regarding reshipment.
- Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
- Mon Dieu Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
International Shipping
Mon Dieu Fine Jewelry proudly ships to customers worldwide.
International shipping availability varies by destination. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and delivery times will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location.
Where available, we ship using trusted international carriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

RETURNS
30-Day Returns
At Mon Dieu, we want you to love every piece you receive. If your purchase isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return request is approved, your item must be shipped within 7 days using the provided return instructions.
Holiday Extended Returns
To make holiday gifting easier, orders placed during our holiday return window may be eligible for extended returns. Holiday return dates will be announced each season on this page.
Return Eligibility
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Engraved pieces
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or repair may not be accepted for return.
Mon Dieu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow:
- Up to 5–7 business days for return processing after delivery to our facility.
- Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to help.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we can issue a refund or store credit in accordance with this policy.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, you'll receive return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Please package your jewelry securely in its original packaging before shipping.
For security reasons, do not write words such as "jewelry" or "valuable" on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping
If a prepaid return label is provided, please use the authorized shipping method listed in your return instructions.
If you choose to ship using your own carrier, Mon Dieu is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend using a fully insured shipping service with tracking and signature confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RING SIZING
Ring Size Guide
Finding the perfect ring size ensures a comfortable fit and helps you enjoy your jewelry for years to come.
Standard Ring Size
Most of our ready-made rings are crafted in US Size 6.5, our standard stock size.
If your desired size differs, we are happy to resize your ring before shipment.
Complimentary Ring Resizing
We proudly offer FREE ring resizing for all rings purchased from Mon Dieu Jewelry up to US Size 9.
- US Size 6.5 → US Size 9: Complimentary
- US Size 9.5 and above: Additional resizing fee applies
If your required size is above US Size 9, please contact our team before placing your order so we can provide a quotation.
Processing Time
Resized rings require additional craftsmanship before shipment.
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for resizing, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workshop schedule.
Our Resizing Process
Every ring is resized by our experienced master goldsmiths using traditional jewelry resizing techniques to preserve the beauty and integrity of your piece.
Please note that rings originally manufactured using machine-setting techniques may have a slightly higher risk of loosening very small accent diamonds (melee stones) after resizing. While every effort is made to ensure lasting durability, this is an inherent characteristic of traditional resizing.
Should a melee stone become loose or fall out due to the resizing process, Mon Dieu Jewelry will replace the missing melee stone at no charge, provided that:
- The ring was originally resized by Mon Dieu Jewelry.
- There are no visible signs of accidental damage, including impact from dropping, knocking against hard surfaces, bending, or misuse.
Damage caused by accidents, improper wear, or third-party modifications is not covered.
Rings Eligible for Resizing
For quality assurance and workmanship guarantee, we only resize rings originally purchased from Mon Dieu Jewelry.
Unfortunately, we are unable to resize jewelry purchased from other retailers or brands.

Once your order is placed, our artisans carefully begin creating your piece using the selected materials and specifications. Because each piece is crafted individually, Made-To-Order jewelry requires additional time to produce—but the result is a truly special piece made just for you.
