At Mon Dieu Fine Jewelry, we are pleased to offer complimentary insured shipping on all qualifying orders.
Every shipment is fully insured and carefully packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully. For your security, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Each piece is either Ready to Ship or Made-to-Order. The estimated shipping timeframe is displayed on each product page and will also be included in your order confirmation.
Ready-to-Ship Collection
Our Ready-to-Ship collection features select pieces that are available for immediate dispatch.
- Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days after payment verification.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
- Complimentary insured shipping is included on all eligible orders.
- Expedited shipping options may be available upon request, subject to destination and carrier availability.
Made-to-Order Jewelry
Many of our fine jewelry pieces are individually handcrafted specifically for you.
- Production typically requires 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and craftsmanship involved.
- An estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page, during checkout, and in your order confirmation.
- Every piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets Mon Dieu’s exacting standards.
- Once completed, your order will be shipped via our insured delivery service at no additional cost.
Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the handcrafted production time.
Shipping Policies
To protect every purchase, the following policies apply:
- An adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
- We ship only to verified residential or business addresses.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed for security reasons.
- After your order has shipped, we cannot redirect packages to an alternate address.
- If delivery cannot be completed after multiple carrier attempts, the package will be returned to Mon Dieu Fine Jewelry. Our Client Care team will contact you regarding reshipment.
- Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
- Mon Dieu Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
International Shipping
